Please take this survey on how you access L&S Advising

The folks here at L&S Advising are working hard to improve how you get the help and information you need to thrive at Cal. So we can concentrate our efforts where they'd benefit you the most, we'd like to know which media you currently use - and which you'd prefer to use - to reach us. It's only two questions long, how hard is that?!

Fall Telebears is just around the corner!

April 10, 2008

Phase I and Phase II appointment times for Fall 2008 are now available on
Bear Facts for all eligible continuing and readmitted students.

Phase I begins April 14 and ends July 15. Phase II begins July 17 and ends
August 17.

If you're worried about schedule planning or what classes you should take next fall, there are plenty of resources for you. First, if you are declared, you should see your major advisers who can help you choose courses, and if you need an adviser code, they can give it to you as well. Second, there are professional academic advisers for those who have or haven't declared to help schedule which courses you might want to take. Come to 113 Campbell Hall for a drop-in appointment or schedule an appointment with an L&S Adviser. You can contact L&S Advisers at 510-642-1483. Also, there are peer advisers at the Blue Carts in front of Sproul Hall or Moffitt Library or at the Dining Halls to help map out your schedules and give some tips for which classes would be best! Lastly, the Career Center can help advise pre-professional students such as pre-med, pre-health, or pre-law to prepare you for applying to graduate schools!

Feel free to use these resources and have fun planning your schedule!
